Movie ranks
Disclaimer, I am not a movie critic. This list is purely based on enjoyability. Also this is based on my own personal interests, so there's definitely bias.
| Rank | Movie | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Spiderman 2 | One of the classics. Comic book movie which doesn't feel like a comic book movie. |
| 2 | How To Train Your Dragon | Best thing Dreamworks has ever done. |
| 3 | Hacksaw Ridge | Great shock value and portrayal of bravery, and the horrors of war. |
| 4 | Good Will Hunting | Classic movie carrying a message self acceptance, healing and emotional vulnerability. |
| 5 | Spiderman No Way Home | Fan favourite movie. Mostly for the audience, but also saved the trilogy with lessons of responsibility. |
| 6 | The Dark Knight | Best performance by an antagonist. One of the best thriller movies, goes by very quick despite being 2.5 hours. |
| 7 | Interstellar | One of the best plots ever in cinema. Great visuals and score (Hans Zimmer ofc). |
| 8 | Parasite | Thriller and comedy with a high emphasis on class disparity. |
| 9 | Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse | Best animation in cinema. The characters, score, and plot made it a highly enjoyable thriller. |
| 10 | Shutter Island | The ending which is left for interpretation messes with your head. It leaves you thinking for a while. |
